- Answer Hi Caeden, the mic is attached to the headset as non-detachable part. To use the headset you need an Xbox or PC with a USB port since it uses a USB dongle to communicate wirelessly. It charges by plugging a micro USB to the headset that can be connected to a power supply or a power box.

- Answer Lost mine too, and the only place you can get a replacement dongle is from PDP Gaming in the States. Only trouble is, they won't dispatch to UK! Ridiculous.

QuestionDoes this Headset have included Mic-Monitoring features? My kids play the PS4, and Xbox and neither of their current headsets have mic-mon. SOO Many communication problems in the house thanks to consoles.

QuestionHi, the second time I wanted to play with the headset I noticed that the led on the dongle wasn’t on, I’ve tried all the ways possible, holding in the button on the dongle or on the headset, which was blinking for connecting but the dongle still didn’t.
