Does this shelf hang on the tv mount behind the tv? null

The shelf bracket mounts to the wall bracket that is mounted to the wall behind the TV wall mount. The selves are adjustable by way of an adjustable fitting that slides up and down the center track of the wall mounting bracket.

No, it goes under the tv. Not my favorite choice, but I bought it in a hurry and it does the job of holding accessories.

It has a separate mount where you can hang up to 3 shelves. I have two on mine. It is mounted to the wall below my 75" Samsung. It has a nice clean flush look. Very symmetrical.
