Hi, Thanks for your question! Petcube app is free to download and use. The only subscription-based feature in the app is ability to watch recorded video history for longer than the last 4 hours, which is available to any Petcube user for free. Petcube would be a great addition to your Pet care facility as it provides various camera sharing options (family, friend or even public sharing), so if your customer downloads the app, you can share access to a specific camera with that customer.
