Does this feeder work if wifi goes out? null

This feeder needs wifi and needs to be plugged into the power outlet for the initial setup.Once the feeder is set up, it will continue dispensing food even if the Wi-Fi is temporarily disconnected. You can also manually feed your pet by pressing the feed button on the machine. Feeding records will sync with the app when wifi is restored, but only if the feeder automatically reconnects.

Yes as long as a schedule is set and it has good backup batteries in it.

Yes, it will still keep the schedule you just wouldn't be able to view the camera or connect via the app until the network comes back online. There's also a spot for D batteries on the bottom in case power goes out which is pretty cool.
