Does this come with a rack? null

If you're talking about a cooking rack, yes. There's actually a cooking basket with a wire mesh rack and fat separator. BTW, I've cooked a whole chicken weighing about 5lbs in it without cutting it up, the skin was crispy & meat was moist. I love this cooker
