Q: QuestionHello, to cook frozen french fries it shows 390F on the appliance, but it says 360F in the recipe book that comes with it. Which one is correct?

• A:Answer I used the temperature that is on the fryer, 390 degree. Don't forget to shake them up at least once or twice to get a even browning on all the fries.
