No. It is clearly stating on the package that they are not to be used in an enclosed fixture. Philips stated this because the trapped heat will decrease durability of the bulb. People say LED don't generate much heat, that is true BUT the base wich holds the electronics does generate heat and that heat when trapped will decrease the durability of the bulb and also void the warranty. So basically you buy LED for durability, don't do something that will negate it. Hope this helps. Cheers!
