To sync anything the streaming devices need to be connected to the sync box’s HDMI ports for the signal to pass through. So you need to connect the Roku stick or streaming box to the sync box and NOT to your tv directly.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It will work with any external Roku device, but not when it is built into the television. That’s because it requires an HDMI output to analyze the screen for the colors.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Difficult to answer this question without knowing which Roku device, but the Sync box needs to go between the the Roku (or any other streaming device/cable box) and television. Streaming Device ---> Play Sync Box ---> Television You need to plug the Roku into the Sync Box, then run a cable from the Sync box to the TV. The Sync Box does not work unless the signal passes thru it then into the TV. You CANNOT go out the TV into the box. Basically, you are not able to use it for the apps built into the TV.
