As long as you have a can housing in your soffit these will fit. The light needs the “walls” of the can to hold on to. That said, while many (almost all) others have stated that it was easy for them to pop the lights into the can, I had issues doing so - I fact I had to make a special fixture for putting them into my cans (kitchen ceiling) - I wouldn’t recommend that anyone to go through the pains that I went through in doing so - but I really wanted to have these lights so I made the fixtures. The issue probably was with my cans, not the lights. Another option for you is to replace you current switch with a smart switch and keep your current lights. The switch can be app controlled. In fact this is a better and much cheaper option in my opinion to get the same results. Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This fits inside if a 5 or 6 inch can light. If you get the can in the soffit this will work but make sure it doesn’t get wet.
