Yes. I use Google Home to change the color. You can change them all at once or choose an individual light to change. I recommend not using numbers (1, 2, 3) when you label each light because Google Home can confuse them for brightness settings.

I do not know I do not have google home. I just use my ITouch to turn them on and off with the app.
