Will this shave with foam or gel? null

Yes it does, I use a gel start that foams sometimes (normally dry shave). Works perfectly, at times when I have skipped a day or two I prefer the wet shave, then go back to dry after that day.

Can I use power cord to Charge it? I don't want to deal with bue tooth.

Yes it will work with shaving cream foam and dry comfortable and the trimmer that comes with it works great I like the washing machine they cleanse the razor I've owned a lot of razors from good to bed Norco has been the best.
