Hello! To charge your Philips Series 3000 Wet & Dry Shaver S3134, Ensure the shaver is turned off. Insert the small plug of the charger into the bottom of the shaver. Connect the supply unit to a wall socket. The charging time is 1 hour. After charging, remove the supply unit from the wall socket and unplug it from the shaver.

I wouldn't buy this product. It was a gift for all my other purchases and it didn't meet my expectations. I couldn't return it because I lost my receipt and the box where the product came in.

It comes with a charger that you plug into the wall and then you plug the cord from the charger into the base of the shaver!
