• It basically means that u can do wet shave with shaving cream or gel or just with wet face. Im not sure u can use it while taking shower.

• Yes, with or without shaving cream, although I recommend it to avoid razor burn. This thing is SHARP!

• Click under "info gallery" in the picture area at the top , then click the "features tab" and it say you can even shave under the shower the shower
