It does not come with an adapter, which is very inconvenient. Phillips indicates it is for "sustainability" reasons and they will sell you one for half again as much as the price of the toothbrush. Not good service in my opinion. This product should come ready to go and not needing a separate purchase to use the charger. Disappointing!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The company says it's better for the environment/landfills to have a USB rather than a plug. NOT SO - now if you want an electric plug it requires contacting Sonicare they will mail you an adaptor. How is having TWO things ordered, shipped, delivered and ultimately in a landfill better than having ONE?!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, very sad. Had I known, I would not have purchased this product.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No it does NOT!! Thrn if you call customer service to request an adapter like their enclosed instructions say, they want to charge you again. I thought when i bought, I was buying entire toothbrush kit. Very disappointing they are not included!!!!!!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you contact customer service about and adapter it is $18.95 + $5.95 minimum shipping
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, it does not. They intend you to use a USB port on your computer. No Way! They lost me as a customer. I am returning mine which is not helping the environment. I am saying hello to Oral B and so should you.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No it doesn't which is BS - plus, they insult out intelligence by claiming the lack of an adapter is for "sustainability." Offer to send one for free if we contact them, but only if you give your phone number - for I guess their marketing records. Total BS and I won't be buying a Philips product again.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Pure cost savings move. Inconvenient for the consumer. They chose the $
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Wouldn’t you know, Phillips is pulling the same stunt that Apple did. You don’t get what you need and what you believe you bought. Then they hit you up for a $30 adapter. It does not save anything from a landfill. It makes them more money through deceitful marketing. In Apple’s case, they’re saying that your devices should already have a USB-C adapter most people don’t. And there is no end of uses for a USB an adapter. Through deceitful marketing. In Apple‘s case, they’re saying that your devices should already have a USB-C adapter most people don’t. And there is no end of uses for a USB-A adapter. Philipps is merely copying what Apple has done and making extra money off of us doing it. I don’t mind paying for what I need, but they seem to think it’s a lot easier to rip people off and when they get home and they’re disappointed with the product, will have to purchase something else to make it work. in my case, all they had to do was throw into the package what was needed and I would’ve bought it. Now I’ve lost faith in their company through deceitful practices. I’ll be returning this just out of principle and buying someone else’s product! Good luck with that!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No. It comes with a USB plug, You need to provide your own USB charger.
