No, it has an absolutely ancient Micro USB port on the charger. Which Phillips very intentionally tries not to mention, probably because they know how crappy and old of a plug they're using. This is literally my only gadget that I have to still keep a micro usb adapter for and its super annoying. But to answer your question, it comes with a USB-A to Micro USB charging cable. You can use adapters for usb c conversion, they work fine, but it's always going to have to terminate in a micro usb plug.

In my experience, the brush will last 2-3 weeks on one full charge when using it twice a day, so I don't think the charging case is really all that necessary unless you plan on traveling for extremely long periods of time.
