If you reach out to Phillips they will warranty/fix it. Had to have a toothbrush replaced for the same issue about the same timeframe of owning and the replacement is on year 3 of working great!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It happens often when you pressed the head to your teeth too hard while brushing. Product shows it's covered for two years and contacting Philips should get you a replacement.
