It depends on how often you brush. Normally you can tell by the brush head when it’s time to replace it ... generally rule of thumb is every three months

If you typically brush 2x's a day you'll get about 50 days but it keeps track for you and even has a auto send feature (you can turn it off) when your head is low and ready to be changed.
