Did you ever figure out how to remove the brush? I have the exact same model and I cannot get the brush off to change the thing and it's driving me nuts!!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Simply pull up on the brush head. If it doesn't come off easily it must have some tooth paste inside the shift. Maybe fun some hot water over the brush head, and try again. It will come off.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Should just pull off. Keep in mind that it's not just the brush, it's the top couple of inches of the shaft that pull off. Oh, I just looked at your picture. You need to twist this one off - the base below the brush shaft is part of what comes off. It unscrews.
