• I’ve had both. The 4100 is narrower and lighter. It doesn’t come with a charger

• Hello! Yes, the Philips Sonicare - ProtectiveClean 5100 and 4100 are in the same size. The 4100 comes with 1 mode (Clean), while the 5100 has 3 (Clean, Gum Care and White).
