- Answer Hello! Yes, Philips Sonicare toothrbsuhes are waterproof. However, never put your handle in a dishwasher to clean it. Make sure to never store your Philips Sonicare Toothbrush in the shower between brushings. Allow the toothbrush to air-dry between uses.

- Answer There are 3 modes: Cleaning, Whitening, Gums. Each mode has different vibration patterns and length of time. So not exactly "speed". But they do a very good job of cleaning.
