• A:Answer To get good live music audio recording you'd probably need to plug in a good quality external microphone, select the highest quality recording mode, and even then if you weren't in a good location relative to the music source, you might get a poor recording even with professional equipment. At any rate, based on experience recording different types of audio, I'd say this isn't the right recorder for you purpose.

• A:Answer The remote has voice on it but the TV itself isn't voice activated. Mine turns on by itself as well. I will not own another one. I have turned off all the auto functions and sync but it still turns on by itself. I do live in an apartment so maybe someone's remote is causing it, but it doesn't happen on my other TV's.
