QuestionDoes this include the interface cable/unit that plugs into the PC? There is a picture of it in the ad, but not clear if this interface piece comes with it

- Answer Yes the cable comes with the software. It's a USB to RCA converter.

QuestionI bought a Dazzle in 2011 and converted a lot of vhs tapes. (30+) Before I got them to disc, my computer died and I never got back to the project. I still have the files but can't find software etc. Will latest version of Pinnacle work with them/convert?

- Answer Should work. I started years ago with a simple dazzle unit and Pinnacle software. I have progressed up to Pinnacle 24 Plus now and it still reads my old files. The newest versions read the most formats, so probably a good Idea to get the newest version you can afford. Happy Dubbing!! PS, I have over 200 home movies stored.

QuestionI have pinnacle dazzle home edition loaded and was using it with no issues but my computer suddenly shut down and when it restarted I couldn’t get the software to open. I deleted it and tried to reload it and get error message 1935 and it won’t reload.

- Answer Assuming that the Nintendo is capable of sending a valid signal to your television, this system can capture it. You may need to split the signal, possibly using an line amp, if you want to play on a larger screen while capturing the game play. If happy with the much smaller display on your computer monitor you should have no problems.

- Answer Yes, you can install the software with an external DVD drive. Nowadays many devices do not come with internal DVD drives and you have to purchase an extern all drive if software is on a DVD

- Answer I love it. Great customer service also. After I purchase I realized that I didn’t have a cd rom drive to install the software. Contacted customer service and the next day they responded with a link to get download a digital copy. Easy to use. Pretty straightforward. I recommend
