Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the same problem and nothing works except pulling the power plug. Very frustrating.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have been having this issue and only have had my TV for about 6 months. I have to unplug it for at least 1 min, plug it back in then hold the power button to force start it- sometimes having to repeat this process 2-3 times before the TV will power on. Sometimes it will also kick me off the wifi network and when I try to reconnect it will tell me I have the wrong password and I'll have to unplug my TV to get it to work again!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Just bought the tv about a year ago. Barely used it. Now it wont turn on. Still pretty much brand new. Never buy Xumo.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yessss! My 55 inch Xumo has done this a couple of times and I will not be purchasing this brand again!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have a Wi-Fi smart plug than I plug it into. When the TV won’t power on, I do a power cycle with the smart plug through Alexa. Then you have to wait a minute for it to boot back up and it’ll turn on beyond frustrating.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes same!! It’s been happening. Now today it won’t turn on at all and it’s not even a year old! This isn’t right! We all deserve our money back from this piece of crap!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This works as a resolution for me!
