A:AnswerPioneer TS-A683R speakers are designed to be a perfect fit replacement for vehicle 6x8 inch speaker locations. I don't know what vehicle you have. If they fit in your vehicle, replacement will be easy. The factory speakers will use a different wire connection that the one provided in the box with the Pioneer speakers.

A:AnswerI bought 4 of these and don’t have an amp for them. They powered by the my stereo which is a Boss. Most stereo’s have the power to run them. If you hook up an amp to them and it’s to much you can blow out your speakers. I used my amp to power my sub. ( Phoenix gold amp & sub )
A:AnswerI don't think they come with any. There were none in my boxes, and I am not sure they make them at all to be honest with you. They might, but I don't know where to find them
