Sebastien First thing I would do is check your fuse box in your car and see if you have a blown fuse. Are the blue lights coming on, on the face of the stereo ? if yes your getting power if no your not getting power to your stereo, Also make sure that the stereo is grounded to your vehicle metal frame, the ground wire is the black wire and if its not grounded you will not get any power. If the radio won't play could be were the attenna connects to the back of the stereo came loose. Try playing a CD and if that plays then your getting power and its probably the antenna. I doubt that its the stereo itself, usually in my experience with things like this a wire has worked its self loose or you blew a fuse in the fuse box. I have the same stereo but have only had it a couple weeks and it works great and I installed it myself. If the Geek squad installed it you could maybe have them look at it if you can't figure it out on your own. Good Luck Trouble Shooting
