As a long owner of Pioneer Head Units. I can tell you that yes there is definitely a way to remove saved BT devices without the remote, and without pulling the fuse for the radio or battery from the vehicle. However, you will need the owners manual if you are not comfortable playing around with the different options of the radio to find it on your own, and because each system is slightly different and the method of getting to each setting can vary.
