Did you try using the plantronics app to locate it as it appears to have that feature?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No. It’s just a Bluetooth device. If someone finds it and connects to it, maybe they might recognize your name, but only if you called it “MC’s headset” or whatever. Good luck!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello! We're sorry to hear this. If your headset is powered on, connected to your phone and you previously installed the PLT Hub app https://goo.gl/18DTZ4 in your phone, you should be able to use the "FindmyHeadset" feature. You can acoustically locate your headset by sending it a tone so you can hear where it's hiding. If your headset is out of Bluetooth® range (33ft/10m), or is powered off then try the Backtrack™ activity log that maps where it was last in use. Feel free to contact our Customer Care Team at: https://www.plantronics.com/us/en/support/contact if you have other questions!
