Check your bluetooth settings. If you have a bluetooth connection set up, remove it. Ihad one connecting and it was overpowering the connection with the adapter. Deleted it and worked perfectly.

If you are having some issues with the microphone of the headset, you may want to make sure everything is set up properly under your gaming console audio settings. You may also want to establish a new connection between the headset and wireless adapter. To do so: 1) Unplug the wireless adapter from your gaming console and restart it (completely turn it off and back on). 2) Reconnect the adapter and press and hold down the linking button on your adapter until it starts flashing an alternative red and blue. 3) Once flashing red and blue please put your headset in pairing mode by pressing and holding the power switch towards the linking icon until it starts flashing red and blue as well. 4) Once the headset stops flashing and the LED light on the adapter is solid purple means they are successfully connected. Last but not least, we recommend testing the headset with your PC to completely isolate the issue. If for some reason you still encounter the same issue, then it means the headset has an actual problem and it is best to replace it.
