Yes. USB drives that have at least 128GB of space and use USB 3.0 are compatible with XBox One USB ports and can be used to store XBox games and apps as well as media files like music, videos, and pictures. Drives that do not meet the above requirements can't be used to store games and apps, but this product meets both requirements and will only be limited by the the amount of games and apps you can store within 256GB of space. It's hard to estimate a best-case scenario, but in a worst-case scenario you could be limited to 2-3 games being able to be stored on the drive.
