Why is it so hard to snap the sliding PNY usb cover to completely protect the data port
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It actually goes the other way. The flash drive pushes through the cover. Kind of a cool feature as I always lose the covers.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The sliding collar stays on the flash drive. Slide it toward the back of the flash drive to expose the USB connector, slide it over the connector for storage.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, just moves. This way you don't lose cap.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It can withstand pulling force for removal but of course don't abuse it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, the sliding collar is not meant to be removed.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The sliding collar on my flash drive is designed to "cover" the USB connection for protection when not in use. Pull the sliding collar up (towards the back of the flash drive) to plug into your USB port of the PC and once done, pull flash drive out of the USB PC port and then cover the connection on the Flash drive by pulling the sliding collar to the front of the flash drive to protect the connection.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, it just slides back and forth. It is not meant to be removed completely.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it is hard to slide open the collar on this type of flash drive. But, this is good, you want the contacts to stay inside the flash drive protected from the elements.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.no need to force the collar, it slides easily.
