- Answer I think you have to use a 3rd party app to download you photo to your mac or pc and then copy them to this drive. I use a 3rd party app and save them to 2 separate external hard drives as a back up just in case because you never know when hard drives can fail.

- Answer Yes, all storage devices are universal for Mac and PC. If Mac needs to format it differently it will. Don't get suckered into the extra "Made for Mac" for storage.

- Answer It actually goes the other way. The flash drive pushes through the cover. Kind of a cool feature as I always lose the covers.
