- Answer It comes with the cord to charge up the phone. That cord can then reverse to charge up the device. The only time you need two cords is if you want to charge it and charge phone at same time.

QuestionPlease explain what the button is for.Also please tell me what the three lights showing blue mean. I thought my power pack was charged and plugged it into my phone but it didn't seem to be charging the phone. Thinking the power pack was dead I plugged it into my computer and I am seeing three blue lights. Does that mean the power pack is full or needs charging?

- Answer take out your battery. On the battery it has a set of numbers look for MAH. The number before that should read something like 3000mAh. So if yours has 3000 you would divide that number by the number on your power pack external battery device for example if it says 3000 and you have 6000 mAh charging device then you can get 2 full charges off that device before you have to charge the power pack device

- Answer Yup, same here. I should have read the warning signs. You're SOL: Can't return to BB, PNY will fix/replace but you'll have to pay for shipping, which costs about the same as the product. Well, at least, just like me, you got an over-priced micro USB cable. Good Luck!

- Answer Yes, it does work with the iPhone 6. The only thing else you need is the lightning cable that came with your iPhone 6. It will charge the iPhone 6 4--5 times and tells you how much charge is left in percentage. Love it.

- Answer Yes. This will work fine. It has a single USB port that you use to plug your lightning cable into. The other end of your lightning cable is plugged into your iPhone.
