“Is it possible for one of these blooming waters to be resealed some of the way my packs opened were really weird from normal 151 packs”

I also had the same experience . I took it to bestbuy but didn’t get much expertise as they are not aware of the specifications . Offered refund but didn’t proceed with it . Most probably due to heat , the packs shrink a little bit
