Will the price go up on release day? null

Price will never go up at retail level.

Unlikely, ETBs have stayed the same on release as far as Bestbuy goes. The only thing that may change is availability, both from Bestbuy and Pokemon Company's side. On release, some booster packs have become unavailable, that's all we can assume may happen for the ETB
