• They had only a total of two shinys and there is 7 busters so at least 5 are missing shiny.

• All best buy pokemon cards are a scam because they get them from 3rd parties and also people can reseal them and return them, its shocking that such a big company can just allow customers to be scammed, just stop selling them if you can't do it right.

• I bought this for my son a few weeks ago. It does not seem to be "tampered with". This was actually one of the best boxes he has had in a while. It had more of the rare, full art , shiny cards in it than usual from the packs.
