• A:Answer So far this item has been randomly appearing for pre-order as far as I know there is no set date where they would open it for pre-order but if it is similar to the Prismatic Evolutions release, all inventory will be available the day of for orders.

Q: QuestionWhy do I continue to get notifications every single day that Journey Together is available for pre-order? I come to the actual site (logged in), and all it says is "Coming Soon" with no options to pre-order. This has been happening for more than a week!!!

• A:Answer That's because scalpers used their bots and bought everything really quick, so it gets sold out in seconds. It's really unfortunate. I wish best buy would do something about this. I haven't been able to get Prismatic or Journey Together :(

• A:Answer Because this will slow down the user experience. We live in a buy buy buy buy world. Best Buy gets the sale so it doesnt matter where the dollar is coming from. Tough luck for us.
