I believe that happened -_- Only way to get any scalped item from bestbuy after "pre-orders" is to go into a store location on release date. Don't even look for the product, instead talk to an employee and have them order it for you in-store to be delivered to your house. (The copies/items that weren't put on the store shelf but were supposed to are still inventoried somewhere specifically for that store location). That was the only successful time I got one of these "pre-order" items from bestbuy
