A:Answer There are no ink cartridges. The ink is in the photo paper. Each piece of film has it's own ink, much like a traditional Polaroid Camera's photos had their own pod of chemicals- only the chemicals are dry for the Zip. They won't smudge or smear, and each has a peel off back which turns each print into a sticker. Each pack of photo paper (10 sheets in a pack) has it's own calibration card which pops out of the camera when you first put the photo paper pack into the printer - before you print any pictures. And that's it - all VERY simple.
