“Are the batteries it comes with rechargeable,tried reading on the battery itself but it's not clear to me?”

• According to the manufacturers description, they come with alkaline batteries that aren't rechargeable. You could use rechargeable batteries in it but they are usually 1.2 or 1.25 volts and alkaline batteries are 1.5 volts. Since you will be losing significant voltage, you will have less light output (lumens) but it should work fine.
