A:Answer Gary, without being in front of it, all I can suggest is a little troublshooting 101. First, the easy one--make sure to select the Aux input from your Polk remote. And of course put fresh batteries in it while you are there. Make sure that the cable is plugged into an Aux OUT port on the projector--if all it has is an IN, then you can't use this cable method, it won't work. Consult manual or online docs for the projector if unsure. Try another Aux cable, and remember to make sure it's stereo. You can tell by the number of little black rings on the connector tips. One is mono, two black rings for stereo. Try to use another device in the Polk's Aux input, such as an MP3 player's headset output that you know works in order to make sure audio actually works on that input.....again using the remote to go to and from the AUX input to be sure you're selecting it. If all that fails, it's possible there is an issue with the soundbar or the remote that you need to call Polk warranty support for. That's all I've got for now, good luck!
