- Answer I have not had that problem so no I don’t know what to do about it. There are many problems with these units that is why I bought the extended warranty. Check out the reviews. They mite offer some help . Call Polk Sound. They may be able to help. Last resort, bring it back!

- Answer Yes. This soundbar works with Sony, Samsung, LG and some other major manufacturers remotes right out of the box. So you dont need the polk remote most of the time, unless you want to change equalizer settings or other special settings not on your TV remote. . In other words, your existing TV remote will probably control the volume on this soundbar so you dont have to shuffle between multiple remotes.

QuestionAnyone hook this to an XBox One? I have a Samsung QLED and have Directv run through XBOX via HDMI and then XBOX to Soundbar. The Soundbar runs to the TV eArc with HDMI..I am getting issues where the Directv is not being received upon startup. Thoughts?
