QuestionCan wifi and bluetooth be completely turned off on this device?

- Answer Hello, the Polk Audio can operate without an internet or Bluetooth connection. To avoid Bluetooth activity, do not pair any devices. Once the pairing procedure is complete, the Bluetooth feature will always be in receiving mode, awaiting a command. Wi-Fi may also be disabled by pressing and holding the Mute button, and holding the source button for 5 seconds will disable the Wi-Fi.

- Answer Hello, this soundbar system has Chromecast for Audio built in natively and can have audio casted to the device via any Chromecast compatible device.

QuestionIs this unit supposed to have a visible LED display on the front. Its installed, its working, but nothing is displaying (volume no., signal, audio mode, etc). Also I cannot get my remote to work in any fashion. Soundbar responds only to my home TV remote

- Answer It does have a display. It shows when any button is pressed. You may have gotten a bad one. Hopefully you can bring back to exchange it. Mine works great. Good Luck.

- Answer Hello, it is not advisable to place the subwoofer on its side. It is designed to be used upright.

- Answer The Amazon item is an older model. If I remember correctly it was at least one if not 2 years older. Reviews said that model had trouble keeping the connection.

QuestionMy current sound bar keeps getting taken over by a neighbor trying to connect to their own Bluetooth device. Will this sound bar have the same problem? And if updating the firmware is the answer, is that easy to do in this device?

- Answer Hello, a smart device must be linked before it can be connected. Nearby neighbors will not have access unless granted. You may want to ask the neighbor to go to settings in the phone and forget your device to help prevent this from happening.

- Answer Hi McCormick, The Magnifi Mini AX is not equipped with keyholes or mounting hardware and must be placed on a flat surface. The soundbar can, however, be placed on a sturdy wall-mounted shelf.

Question95% of what I watch is from cable - movies, TV shows with lots of dialogue - the rest from Youtube. How much better is the AX/Atmos sound vs the unit without? Also want to stream music via Airplay. Is it worth the $200 difference in price?

- Answer It does all that seamlessly. I can't evaluate the competition because we didn't try them. It works great with respect to improving the clarity of dialogue and overall improvement of the sound quality.

- Answer Only the provided wireless subwoofer can pair with the soundbar. Additional subwoofers cannot be added. However, the Polk Audio SR2 wireless surround speakers can be added.
