QuestionFor the best sound can I keep the volume up to the maximum?or you damage the speakers?because when it's not up to the maximum the sound is not that good but when I keep it to the maximum volume the sound is great.

- Answer Sounds like you might have the speaker in a room that is too big for it. I have mine in the bedroom and there's no way I could keep the volume at max. I am of course assuming, but that is what it sounds like might be the issue. I certainly do agree though that this speaker does sound great at high volumes :)

- Answer Make sure that the product or the iPhone Bluetooth is both open and discoverable. Also try rebooting your iPhone and try to connect again.

QuestionWhen I Mute using the remote controller, I can not get the system to have sound again. After finally hitting all the buttons, suddenly the sound is back. Any ideas why repressing Mute doesn't work to bring the sound back again?

QuestionMy sub stopped working and it’s only a year old and I cannot find the receipt. So I hate to discard the surround speaker...can I pair any other wireless sub to it? I hate to have just throw away $300 to have only used twice with the sub actually working

- Answer There's no need to discard the whole system for a failed subwoofer. Look around for someone selling just the sub. The system will even work without the sub, but you can always sell the good parts. I'm sure someone could use them to repair their own system which may have a different problem.

- Answer The bar requires an electrical outlet. It does not have an internal battery.

QuestionWhy am I getting always no bass sound with my Polk mini system subwoofer? I can hear the bass if I put my ear next to it, but there is definitely no depth of sound here. Disappointed. I have the bass volume turned all the way up. It does almost nothing.

- Answer Sorry no idea. It produces loads of bass even when bass is set at flat position. Do you have port/hole in bottom of sub facing down towards the floor?

- Answer I recommend placing the Subwoofer between 4-6 feet away from the main unit. Keep in mind that Bass is non-directional and will fill the room clearly.

- Answer You have different ways to connect the receiver of the Polk Mini Receiver. You can go digital, optical and HDMI to listen. If you choose another way to listen to the receiver, both systems should work. Just remember to push the button on the remote for you have connected to the TV. I hope this helps. By the way, I love this system.

QuestionI have a Polk Magnifimini Soundbar and a Samsung TV. Works well EXCEPT when I skip ahead on TV (i.e., to avoid commercials). When I go live of TV after skipping, sound bar take a 20+ seconds to produce sound. Very annoying. HELP!
