Q: QuestionWhat would cause the remote to stop working? I've replaced battery and nothing. On-off, or volume control. Only operates manually. Is there a history of faulty remote controls.

Q: QuestionDoes this unit auto power on/off?I have a Samsung soundbar that powers on by itself when the tv is turned on.

• A:Answer You can turn /onoff the soundbar with the TV using the TV remote (IR only) once the soundbar has been programmed to recognize it. Or you can use the little remote that comes with the soundbar to turn it on or off separately from the TV. Or the soundbar has a power button.
