If you're comparing the PSW10 vs PSW108, the specs are identical. I compared the specs from each of the manuals. The PSW108 appears to be a newer version in a different color. The PSW10 is silver and the PSW108 is black. First available dates: PSW10 - Dec 9, 2006; PSW108 - May 3, 2012.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The psw 108 solved the problem of a shuffling sound from the front port it has been redesigned
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.PSW 10 has with class D amp built-in and PSW 108 is with a class AB in it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The others are correct. I wondered about the differences also. They are the same. I have 2 of each. One has a black face and one has a silver face. I had an amp go out on a psw10 and Polk sent me an amp that said PSW108 and I called and asked about it and they said it was the same amp. The overall size of the subs is the exact same too. I have had the drivers out of both models and they appear to be identical. The internal baffles of the box and the ports are also identical. The PSW108 seems to be a newer model and it would seem that Polk probably used slightly different testing parameters to get specs that were slightly different so they could charge more for essentially the same product. Having said that when they are on sale for around $100 or less they are a pretty good sub for the money...more so for music but they still do ok for movies
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The color mostly (Silver face or Black face), I have them both and set at the same gain (about 1:00) and I can not tell any difference in sound.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. They are the same product. I can't really explain the price difference, unless you're looking at a new and a used one, or if you're looking on two different websites.
