- Answer Yes this bar can be mounted to the wall. It has key hole slots for installation but does NOT come with brackets or installation hardware.

- Answer Hello and thank you for your question. The Polk Audio SignaS2 does have a power savings auto-power off feature that cannot be defeated. The soundbar will power down after no signal is detected after fifteen minutes.

QuestionI turn the bar on. All three lights come on then after three seconds two go off. There is only one light on and no sound. Help!!!! I have reset it, and have turned off the auto shut off. Did not work.

QuestionI have an older (6 years) Westinghouse TV. It's fine, nothing fancy. It doesn't have an optical output or an Arc HDMI. It has several basic HDMI ports. I tried hooking this up to the TV last night and got no sound via HDMI. Am I missing something?

- Answer If your TV does not have HDMI input "ARC" or optical output, it will not work because the TV has no other way to recognize the soundbar ,, I think the problem is the TV

QuestionHow do you synch the sound bar and the woofer? I lost the instructions

- Answer Press sync button on back of subwoofer for a few seconds, then press and hold bluetooth and volume up buttons together for at least five seconds. LED lights will flash and unit should sync. Repeat if necessary.

QuestionI have successfully connected my soundbar and subwoofer and it shows green lights; however, I do not have sound from my TV which is a Smart Samsung I bought 4 years ago. I have tried to troubleshoot and to no avail.

- Answer Laura, If you have video and no sound, some TVs need to be set to PCM in the audio settings to process the audio source. The soundbar will have one or two steady green lights when powered up and connected to the tv depending on whether you use optical (2 greens) or HDMI ARC (1 green). Look in the Samsung TV Setting menu for Audio, then look for a setting which might say Auto, or Dolby. Change it to PCM and see if the sound comes through. If you have no video, then make sure the tv is set to the correct HDMI port. Good luck.

- Answer What kind of TV do you have? I had trouble with my sound bar and found out it was actually my new Samsung TV that quit communicating with the sound bar. Try unplugging your TV for a few minutes, plug back in and try. If this solves the problem, it's your TV. If not, then maybe you do have a faulty sound bar.

- Answer These sound bars sound awesome! I’ve had mine for about a month now and they deliver great sound from any movie source (I.e. firestick, dvd, directv) however, if you’re looking for good sound with music this isn’t going to give you that. If you don’t have an arc hdmi no worries, it comes with an optical cable for sound hook up as well, just be sure that your tv has an optical cable output for it to plug into.

- Answer I guess like it would have an effect on any speakers sound: that’s not an ideal location. You can wall mount it, it even comes with a template for that, if that helps.
