A:AnswerHello. The Polk Audio Signa S2 does not connect to an AV Receiver. Soundbars are designed to work alone without a receiver and do not have inputs to accept signals from receivers.
A:AnswerHello, you also have the ability to connect this system via HDMI Arc if you TV supports that. We typically recommend HDMI as it can handle signal decoding a little better than Optical.
A:AnswerHello. As it isn't clear which Samsung model TV it is, we cannot be certain. What we can say is the SIgna S2 should work well with any TV which has either an HDMI ARC port, an optical audio output or a headphone port.
A:AnswerContact the geek squad for details on how to repair your sub woofer sinc button or contact Polk customer service any of these folks will give you instructions on how to proceed with the repair, I will not recommend you doing it just by yourself.
A:AnswerYour optical cable is only for using for stereo system you have to check your stereo setting to tv, or you can pair the sound bar to your bluetooth setting to your tv, if that doesn't work try youtube
A:AnswerAll their sound bars that come with a subwoofer only come with one, but none of them seem to support pairing with two subwoofers at the same time. The closest option is the Magnifi Max AX SR which is a 7.1.2 Dolby Atmos / DTS:X Sound Bar System that includes a wireless subwoofer and two wireless surround speakers.
A:AnswerYes - if you go into your TV's settings and disengaged HDMI Control (CEC), it will prevent one device from giving the other a command. Some TVs have a different name for HDMI Control, so you may need to ask a search engine what your brand of TV calls this feature.
A:AnswerHello, the Polk Audio S2 soundbar does not have Wi-Fi ability. Streaming music is possible via Bluetooth. For Alexa compatibility, please consider our Polk React Soundbar.
A:AnswerIf it's too close to other electronics, they can cause interference. Had to move mine to other side of the room for the same issue. Works great now.
A:AnswerThanks for reaching out with your question. If your TV remote supports it, you can pair the remote to the Soundbar by using the pairing code. if your remote supports it, we suggest referring to your TV/Remotes owner manual for more information on how to complete this process.
A:AnswerHello, try a power reset. Unplug the soundbar from the TV and the wall outlet. Plug back in after 3 minutes. Power back on the system. Be sure to use the HDMI ARC connection from the TV. If further assistance required, please contact https://support.polkaudio.com/
A:AnswerHello, the 3.5 Aux is an input for feeding analog audio to the soundbar. Headphones cannot be connected to the S2 soundbar. Connect headphones directly to the connected television.
A:AnswerIt depends on what method you'll use to hook them up. This Polk unit only has a single HDMI connector so would not be the best solution for computer use. You'll want a soundbar that has either a digital optical input or RCA (red & white) analog inputs. If your PC has the digital optical output look for a unit with that connection. The RCA connector typically limits you to stereo sound, the optical input is higher quality and you might be able to get at least simulated surround sound.
