make sure there are no bits of metal on or near the connection. because its magnetic it will grab metal bits then won't make contact.

If the earpiece doesn't respond, try to update the firmware version through our Hub Software for Desktop: https://bit.ly/30jDXJM, once the installation is complete, connect the earpiece powered-off through the micro-USB cable directly into your computer's USB port and go to the notifications tab to search for new updates. If you still get the same results, then unfortunately the unit must have an actual problem and it is best to replace it. This model comes with a one-year limited warranty.
