We highly recommend you take a look at our supported softphones by Plantronics Hub on our official website, you can access our Compatibility Guide under Support. When pairing with a computer, the computer needs to support the following Bluetooth profiles: A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile), AVRCP (Audio/Video Remote Control Profile), HFP (Hands-Free Profile), HSP (Headset Profile). If your computer doesn't support the previous Bluetooth audio profiles, the BT600 Bluetooth adapter (part number 205250-01) would be recommended in order to connect the headset to the computer.
