Press and hold the call button, then release, and you'll see or hear a prompt. Proceed to state the contact's name. Contact will then be dialed. If contact has more than 1 number, It will ask you which number do you want called. Ex: Home/Work. Hope this helps.

Please note your phone needs to support PBAP. The earpiece will request Phone book access. Once you agree to the request you should be able to call your contacts with the following instructions: (Your smartphone have a voice-enabled assistant) press the call button for 2 seconds and wait for phone prompt, then say "call, name of the contact". Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I downloaded the PLY Hiub app but I think the headset automatically integrates with the phone when it is linked via Bluetooth. All you have to do is hold down the main button until you hear a long beep and Sisri is activated.

Sorry I couldn’t help u. There are different models of this earpiece to be found, if you go hunting on line.
